Posts I Loved This Week

Get rid of the all or nothing mindset with helpful tips from Nicole!
So proud of Janice for getting a killer PR and sub 2:00 half marathon this past week! And of Samantha for hitting a 42 minute PR on her 3rd marathon!
Kill your arms and get tank top ready with Lindsay’s Tuesday Trainer workout from this week!
Lindsay has made me drool with this healthy pizza combo.

This Ultra Beginners Fitness Guide by Emmie is a great resource.
Homemade pumpkin spice bagels. Thank you, Kelly for sparking my pumpkin cravings again!
Can’t make it to the gym? Try out some of these 50 bodyweight exercises you can do anywhere! I suggest picking 10 to do in a circuit format for a 10 minute workout. Do it sporadically through the day to add up! NO EXCUSES! You could also check out this travel workout from Annette or this 100 At Home Workout from Tamara (two AWESOME bloggers).
Michelle has got it going on in the kitchen. I drool over every meal she had in this post!
Blogs I’m Loving
I literally just found Katrina’s blog this week after she joined bootcamp. I’m already head over heels in love with it. Her post about the no makeup look is especially fantastic – funny, but thought provoking, all in one!
Madeline is awesome! She is rocking some killer post-baby progress on the fitness front, kicking butt at the bootcamp, has insanely good recipes….and a cutie patootie little girl. Check. Her. Out!
There you have it, folks! Enjoy some good reads and have a FANTASTIC weekend! ![]()

I love when you highlight new blogs that I haven’t read before. Feed my addiction!
Fontaines is delicious, by the way. It’s one of my favorites that I had actually forgotten about. If you like mussels, they have really good ones (I like the red sauce, but they have red or white.) The tuna steak is also very good. Everything is very good.
Good luck on your run! I hope you enjoy this weather we’re having too! I’m definitely going to work out with my boys, get organized and enjoy my family. I think it’s going to be a great weekend!
