For as fast as last week seemed to go, this week dragged accordingly. Oh well. We made it to Friday. Anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend? Traveling for the 4th of July holiday next week? Whatever your plans, I hope you have a great weekend. For now, let’s enjoy the day and this week’s Friday Countdown.

my fabulous dinner from last night – local grass fed burger w/ ketchup + mustard, steamed broccoli, sweet potato with some chipotle mixed in, and 2 of those homemade pickles from my SIL (I have to ration them they’re so good!)

Best part of my week was being given the day off from work today! It worked out perfectly because I now have time for my morning run, plus get to leave earlier to visit my brother for the weekend. Hoorah!

I loved that video from Bex, it’s one of those I have marked to try soon. I have GOT to learn how to create videos just half as amazing as hers. :)

The best part of my week was probably the happy hour with GoodBelly, getting to meet new people and reconnect in person with CO bloggers. Although RootDown was pretty fun too. :)

I love shady trails for running! When I’m struggling to finish a run, I make myself run through the sunny parts (so they go by faster!) and let myself walk the shady parts :-)
