I think it’s so silly when I see girls take diet pills etc – Live a healthy lifestyle and all will be good!

I started my morning with a 5 min 30 sec plank! Going to a muscle conditioning 60 min circuit class tonight!

Ugh, one of my clients this morning was telling about a couple of her friends whose *doctors* were prescribing them diet pills..something about a bee pollen shot, and then heart rate elevating pills. Quack quack. The pic above says it all!

OH sheesh. I don’t get doctors who stand behind such things. I understand meds for conditions like cholesterol, blood pressure, other things associated with weight at times. BUT to “cure” the weight issue with anything but healthy diet and exercise = WHY?!

I slept in this morning … instead of going for a run. So I’m going to find a way to get active after work! Maybe some yoga? Maybe I’ll clean the house? We’ll see – but it’ll be something!

I’m going to run my 2-3 miles I was supposed to run yesterday. I should have run yesterday over lunch, but I wanted to mail my foodie pen pal box before the deadline because I knew I would forget about it and mail it late otherwise.

Lunch = run. :)

Good reminder!

This morning I woke up and laid in bed wanting to cry because I was so exhausted (I’ve had insomnia for four days now) and just wanted to roll over and go back to sleep. But I got up and rode my bike to work. I’m happy I did. I feel good for doing it.

Love this! It’s all about consistency and hard work. For me, though, I am going back to basics and reminding myself – smarter not harder. It’s easy to get too excited and want to do it all sometimes :)

Is there anyway possible I could still buy the Bootcamp 2 work outs. I know that I will not be on target but I would like to do the workouts at least if I could. I totally missed the sign up~ so sorry but would be glad to buy them and start just using them.
