Move It Monday: Best Body Bootcamp Round 3 Registration OPEN

In honor of Move It Monday, it’s time to open up registration for Round 3 of Best Body Bootcamp!!!


Round 2 ended yesterday and rather than wait too long for the fun to pick back up again, I figured let’s move right on into Round 3. Plus, with the holiday season fast approaching, we can all use that extra oomph of support and the motivation to challenge ourselves, right? I know it helps me!


WHO: Anyone! This personal fitness challenge is open to everyone – bloggers and readers, family and friends.

WHAT: An 8 Week Fitness Program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle. You will receive a workout plan that keeps your body guessing and includes alterations for your current level of fitness, while also pushing you farther. The workouts have options for the gym or home and are made to fit YOUR needs and schedule.

You will receive a different set of workouts every 2 weeks. The layout of the plan is 5 workouts of about an hour in length per week, but I give suggestions for those with limited training time or those who may want an optional extra day of workouts. The workouts vary each week to progress you through the 8 week program.

My biggest goal for the program is to provide a flexible, encouraging, doable workout plan for all involved. I do suggest a base level of fitness and experience, but you do NOT have to be an advanced exerciser to join the plan. Always feel free to email with any questions or clarifications at any time.

WHEN: Round 3 Begins OCTOBER 22nd and Ends DECEMBER 17TH. This will hopefully set you up for a healthy and fit holiday season. Why wait until the new year? Go after your goals NOW in a no-hassle way.

WHERE: Online! Through .

WHY: A fun and flexible way to train. A great way to stay motivated through the support of other participants. To learn and experience new workout techniques and exercises. To get healthier as you go through the workouts AND work to achieve other personal, health-related goals of your choosing. Cash prizes!

COST: $25 to register – portion of each registration is set aside towards cash prizes. In Round 1, we had over 300 participants and THREE $1000 winners! In Round 2, the prize grew to FOUR $1000 winners. Remember – the more people that sign up, the higher the winnings! So share your plans to join bootcamp!

Each registration includes the 8 week detailed training program, personalized goal trackers, access to a support group of other participants on Facebook, a general nutrition support document, and motivation to achieve more.

Please visit the FAQ Page for further details/questions. Registration will be open for 4 WEEKS ONLY – ending MONDAY OCTOBER 15TH @ 8 PM EST. Please register early to make sure you register on time. I will be going out of town that week and will need to have all participants and details squared away before I leave, so there will be no late registration.

Everyone do the Bootcamp!!! It’s awesome!!!! I loved round 2 sooo much- great strength workouts AND best part… you can do most of them at home! So I can indulge in my reality show obsession while pumping up my muscles ;-)

I know it does. I like to do 2 months on with boot camp and 1 month off for registration to be open. Luckily with the way this year is going it will be here before we know it. :)

I tried to register for Round 2 the day before it started, but it had already filled up. Needless to say, I’ve had today’s date on my calendar since Round 2 started just to make sure I got a spot and I DID!! Woot Woot! So excited to start. Heard SO many great things about this program. Can’t wait to talk it up myself :)

Signed up yesterday and I’m pretty excited. I’ve had trouble sticking with strength programs before but I’m currently training for my first full marathon and I think incorporating this bootcamp will definitely make me a stronger runner.
