My #1 goal is always to do my best.
When you think about, that one thing can cover any goal you have and help you reach any other goal you set your mind to achieving. Wake up each day with the determination to do your BEST for that day. Your best will look different on different days – and what is best for your physical and mental health will look different on different days, too. But if you go after each day with the mindset to do your best and you give it your best for that day, you have no reason to go to bed dissatisfied. Give it your best. That’s the #1 goal.
