Fall is in the air. And schedules are filling up our planners between tailgating, school, work, kid activities, and everything in between. Do you relate?
Fall is in the air. And you just want to crash on the couch at the end of a busy, schedule-filled day to zone out with said DVR while getting lost in some form of pumpkin baked good. Do you relate?
That’s where I come in. If you missed that morning workout and just can’t pull yourself away from the television and couch at night, then this little workout will give you a burst of activity that can easily fit into your day. And the more you watch…the more exercise you get. Plus, it’s fun since you will try to beat your results with each set of commercials that comes on. Ready, set, go!
