It’s Friday afternoon and time for a little motivational boost!
Last week I posted a message about how #theweekendcounts to hopefully inspire others (and myself, of course!) to remain mindful of healthy choices through the weekend.
I know it can be so easy to throw all caution to the wind over the weekend and end up going way overboard and losing the healthy balance we all strive for in our lives. We always have an overload of motivational thoughts and posts to “kick off the week right” when Monday rolls around, but I want to end the week on just as high a note. We don’t need to crash and burn from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. We can care just as much for our goals, our health, and ourselves during those times. Sure, enjoy the weekend! It’s important to have fun! Just stay motivated. Stay consistent. Stay mindful.
The weekend counts too!

Some great quotes! A few pins are needed! Hope you have an awesome weekend!
I need to remember this all weekend, weekends are by far the hardest for me because I have no schedule and I can spend as much time as I want alone in my apartment. Aka no one will see my giant bloated stomach from eating too much… I’m going to be thinking of YOU and your 3-year anniversary all weekend!
Believe in yourself, girl!
love love love these! pin-happy over here
happy weekend!
The weekend certainly DOES count! In fact, some of my best workouts are often times on Saturday mornings. Can’t wait for a great one tomorrow!
LOVE! And a great reminder to keep it healthy (mentally and physically) over the weekend.
Since I’ve moved on from nasty ED rules, restrictions and deprivations. I’ve learnt that I can have dessert and sweets during the week- as well as on the weekend. In the same way you can continue to eat healthy on the weekend as you do on weekdays. They are all the same- just some days you have more time
Haha I wish I had read this before my Friday indulgences.
I love these inspirational messages! Such a helpful boost at the end of the week!
Love all the messages Tina! Oh man, this weekend I’m going to rest and well, race again of course.
Love ya!
i always love your quotes. Just what we ALL needed.
I love those quotes–I have never heard of the exercise to match your outside to your inside. I LOVE it!
Since I am stil staying on the lighter side of working out–I am going to work on not stressing about it (since its pointless to do so) and continue to be mindful of what I put into my mouth.
Great motivation Tina!
happy weekend to u!
I need to remember this cause it’s definitely my weakness. I’m usually pretty good Mon-Thurs, but Friday comes around and it’s my REST day and then I justify that I “deserve” a treat, and then it’s all downhill from there. Will save these quotes to refer to in the future.
I love this! It’s so true that during the weekend, so many of us throw caution to the wind and indulge a little too much. These quotes really inspired me! Thanks!
