We’re all in full holiday swing mode these days, huh? Although, I imagine some of us have already started contemplating goals for the New Year and making plans to kick off the New Year with a bang. Perhaps you’re ready to try something new or commit more fully to pushing yourself after focusing on maintaining your fitness over the hustle and bustle of the holidays?
In NO WAY do I suggest putting off goals and taking care of your health until an arbitrary January date. Nope. No way. No how. Nothing like the here and now to take steps, one at a time, towards a healthier and happier you. That mindset encouraged me to have Best Body Bootcamp Round 3 during the holiday season and to support holiday challenges such as:

However, I know the oomph that can come with a new year and fresh looks at our goals. And I want to be there for you with the fun, yet challenging, Best Body Bootcamp. Round 4 is coming your way January 7th!

I firmly believe that a body treated well and challenged to achieve new heights is our own, personal “best body”. Stronger or leaner may be a side effect, but the focus is on a healthier and happier you through living a fit lifestyle. Many have joined in the BBB workouts, challenge, and community. WHO: Anyone! This personal fitness challenge is open to everyone – bloggers and readers, family and friends.
WHAT: An 8 Week Fitness Program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.
WHEN: REGISTRATION CURRENTLY OPEN FOR ROUND 4 with a January 7th start date to kick off the New Year. The challenge will last 8 weeks (through March 3rd).
REGISTRATION CLOSES 11:59 PM EST DECEMBER 31ST. Please note that it is very difficult for me to add people following the close date, as I have to work very hard to organize all the necessary information and check-in documents, etc. for those who signed up on time. Please register on time. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS!

COST: Just $25!! Includes eight weeks worth of workouts, access to a private support group on Facebook, and the chance to win CASH PRIZES (from weekly cash prizes to final $1000 grand prizes!).

Can you do this at home or do you need gym equipment?
I provide at home modifications to all exercises that include gym equipment, but there are also a lot of workouts that already focus on body weight or minimal equipment. The key things I recommend for an at home workout are dumbbells and a stability ball (but even the ball isn’t necessary).
Now that I’m officially postpartum, I can participate in a BBB for the first time. I’ve been dying to do it! I can’t wait!

I’ve missed it this cycle, I’m planning to sign up again, even though I’ll have to take it easy the week before and after the marathon (Jan 13). Fun!
I just have to officially say, I love your bootcamp! It was so fun when I participated in round 2.
I’m still working on my goals for the upcoming year, but I’m pretty darn sure that BBB will be a part of them.
Oh, awesome!!! And BBB is always flexible to work with other goals.
I know I’m totally getting ahead of myself but when do you think Round 5 will start? Trying to plan ahead since I have two half marathons in the first few months of the year. I’m afraid I might have to miss Round 4 which breaks my heart since I really love it.
I plan on doing BBB on a 2 months on, 1 month off cycle so that *should* put Round 5 starting April but that’s not 100%.
Definitely up for this for the first time, feeling in a bit of a rut post marathon with workouts so looking for something to change things up!
Signed up… Tina you’re fantastic. I’ve participated in every session and will keep up some exercise after the end of BBB 3, but I’ll be looking forward to starting 4 in the new year!

I will def be signing up! Super excited! I am graduating with my Master’s and will no longer have free access to a gym! This means I need a plan and some motivation because I know I won’t do it on my own!
