Last week, one of my readers who I frequently email with back and forth forwarded me this wonderful Christmas poem. Immediately, I emailed back asking if I could share it here with you all. I couldn’t think of a better message for Christmas Eve than a message from the one who started it all – Jesus.
Marsha received this from a friend. A man named Jack Davis, who works as a missionary in Cuba, sent along this beautiful piece. He has also been recently diagnosed with melanoma. Please pray for Jack – for physical recovery and for the work he does to bring God’s love to others – as well as those who support him. Then, take a moment to consider that the honored birthday boy of Christmas desires only one thing for his gift. YOU are the one gift. It sure gives me chills to know how much Jesus desires my heart.
