I know it’s been awhile, but I do still enjoy reading blogs and sharing the link love. Definitely some great shares this week! I’m half marathon training but since my 1/2 will happen only a few days into the bootcamp, I just might have to consider FINALLY signing up. ;)

I need to check out these posts, especially the Sunday meal prep one. I am really good at making meals on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then by Wed, I eat refried beans or frozen pizza for the rest of the week.

Thank you so much for including me, Tina! Seriously, it’s helped me train clients who have no equipment before (just provide ample disclaimers ;) )
Also – I think it is SO amazing what a success your boot camps have turned out to be. Not surprised, of course :)
