Good morning and happy weekend! I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite ways to kick off the weekend happens at my laptop alongside a cup of coffee and my blog buddies. Blog catch-up has become a favorite Saturday morning ritual of mine since I can’t seem to sleep in for the life of me. I still desire a leisurely weekend feel, despite the early mornings, so blog reading provides me that sense of relaxation. This is why I used to always do my weekly link round-up Saturday Shares.

I love this idea! I linked up my Back and Tri workout – it was one I was proud of myself for doing since I was in a bad hotel gym. I had just read your Red Light-Green Light post, and linked back to it in that post. Keeping the heart rate up with active recovery is a great way to get more bang for your workout buck. :)

Tara’s arms are making me excited to get back to my weights after my recovery from my bilateral mastectomy! I am one week out from my exchange surgery from tissue expanders to implants. I cannot WAIT to run again, lift again, and just MOVE again!

I also loved your verses in your avoiding temptation post. They are beautiful as are all God’s promises for us. I am always uplifted by reading your blog and am proud to call you my sister-in-Christ.

I only put up a couple of posts this week, but the one I’d like to share is my post on my reconstruction surgery. Thanks for the opportunity to link up!
