The weeks get busy and we can easily fall behind on some blog reading. For that reason, I started up a day devoted solely to sharing the love of blog reading. I give you a link round up of Best Body Fitness for the week so you can catch up with anything you may have missed. Then, I open the floor for YOU to share whatever you want from YOUR blog in a special weekly link round up.
Catch up, then link up! Happy reading.

Thanks for doing this! Great idea and a lot of great posts!
Your kids are such sweethearts! I need to give my 1-year-old his first haircut, but can’t imagine him sitting still, like, AT ALL. So I picture it being a disaster. I also have big plans to cut all my (future) kids’ hair myself–is that crazy??
Off to check out Cathe XTrain! I need something new for home…TurboFire hasn’t been cutting it since I had a baby. Too much jumping (if you know what I mean).
Anyway, thanks for sharing!
I definitely know what you mean on the jumping. I have a hard time with Turbo Jam/Fire workouts for the same reason. Cathe does have a good bit of plyo type moves but for some reason they don’t have the same effect.
And I had wanted to cut my kids’ hair too and it ended up a hackjob in B’s head. Haha!
Portobellos are on my grocery list thanks to you. AND you had me craving them so I added them to my pizza last night.
Enjoy the pretty weather this weekend!
Your kidlets are so cute! I really miss mine being this age; how the heck did 9, 10 and 14 happen? Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
I love the colors on your blog! You make green and purple WORK
Happy Weekend!
your saturday share day is so stinkin’ smart! (how’s that for alliteration? ha!)
Awesome list and I like the new blog design! I’m checking out all of the links especially the one about consistency and the Xtrain DVD (since you clearly like them by the linking in BBB videos
Yes, indeed. Love me some Cathe!
Woo- love the new blog look!
I am dying to try out a Cathe workout- I keep hearing about how awesome they are!
They are awesome! And thanks on the new look. I love it too!
