SUM UP YOUR BLOG: My blog is my outlet to share my running experience. I’ve been running for the majority of my life, and it really is such a huge part of who I am. I share training plans, tips, rave runs, and some fun life experiences in between.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO STAY FIT? My favorite way to stay fit is by running. It is such a mental and physical outlet for me. When I am running, nothing can stop me.
DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT GOALS OR RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO SHARE? I was able to PR in the half marathon two times this past March, which was something I hadn’t done in two years. I really focused on pacing well throughout the race, and was able to achieve a 1:37:13 for the half marathon distance!
WHAT ARE 5 THINGS YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT? Five things I am passionate about are my family, a healthy lifestyle, open communication, travel, and friendships.
WHAT IS YOUR #1 TIP FOR HEALTHY LIVING? My #1 tip for healthy living is to take it day by day. Nothing says every day is going to be easy. If you look at life each day, rather than as a collective whole, it helps you to see it in a more positive way. Things from the past can’t hold you down. You get to decided who you want to be right here, right now.
