Move It Monday: Booty Ball Burner

by tinareale on September 23, 2013

It’s no secret. I’m a big fan of the stability ball. It’s a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment that you can easily have at home. It’s common enough to be found in most gyms. It helps your body to work harder as your body has to stabilize itself in the various exercises using the ball. It can serve in place of a bench, as a bit of extra resistance in some body weight moves, and can add a new level of variety to workouts.

I think most of us can agree – the stability ball is a great piece of fitness equipment for the body, including the booty. I have put together a workout requiring nothing but a stability ball and your own body that will set your glutes on fire. From the exercises to the pulsing contractions, you will feel this Booty Ball Burner workout and I hope come to love it.

Booty Ball Burner Workout

Side effects of this workout may include the following: cursing Tina, walking funny the next day, discovering muscles you didn’t even know you had, and a tighter, higher backside. I warned you. Winking smile

Your Turn: Do you ever use pulses at contraction in your workouts?

Love pulsing after already working a muscle group – that last little bit to push me over the edge!!
Great workout – thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the workout. This looks like a great one. Of course, I’m biased because I too am a big fan of stability balls. :)

I’m a barre instructor and love to use pulses! I think they are great and it gets lots of groans from all the people in my class. This looks like an awesome workout!
