It’s no secret. I’m a big fan of the stability ball. It’s a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment that you can easily have at home. It’s common enough to be found in most gyms. It helps your body to work harder as your body has to stabilize itself in the various exercises using the ball. It can serve in place of a bench, as a bit of extra resistance in some body weight moves, and can add a new level of variety to workouts.
I think most of us can agree – the stability ball is a great piece of fitness equipment for the body, including the booty.
