SUM UP YOUR BLOG: My blog is an outlet for me as I try to always look to make each day a bit better than the day before while finding balance. I love to share my struggles, triumphs, and adventures with others in hope that it motivates them to live their best life. I"m not perfect and I try to share the good, bad, and ugly – I’m real and on a constant journey to become a better Christian, better wife, and better woman.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO STAY FIT? I have been (and always will be!) a runner by heart. But I have learned so much over the past couple of years on balance in many aspects of my life. So I’m now enjoying many of my Beachbody programs at home that mix in strength, stretching, and cross training. I make sure now to incorporate 2-3 days of strength training in with my cardio.
DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT GOALS OR RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO SHARE?
Physically, I’ve actually set a goal of cutting back – yep, no crazy marathon goal here, I’m trying to set a goal of no more than 60 minutes of exercise a day and 2 days of rest. HARDEST goal ever for me! Who knew that cutting back exercise and eating more could be a hard goal – but for me it is! I have found greater faith in God and support in my family through the challenge. On the blog side of things, I just launched Monday Monthly Mailers I have a goal of truly developing it more and truly helping to pass optimism and happiness on to others!

WHAT IS YOUR #1 TIP FOR HEALTHY LIVING? Listen to your body – I need to take this tip to heart as well. But seriously it is so true! Your body will often tell you when you are pushing too hard, when you need sleep, when and what you need to eat. Listening to your body and finding balance between clean, fit living and enjoyment can be hard…but listening to your intuition is a huge step in the right direction.
