The “I Want It All” Workout

Hey, hey! The past few Move It Mondays haven’t shared a full workout, so I thought I owed ya one. I tried to figure out if I wanted to do a cardio workout or a strength based workout. Then I decided, why not do both? I figure most of us appreciate a workout that hits everything all in one go. Which is why I created this “I Want It All” workout. Burn loads of calories, work your strength and your cardio, and have fun while doing it. Or at the very least feel hardcore when you’re finished. Winking smile 

 I Want It All Workout

As always, go at YOUR level of fitness and feel free to sub out any exercise that doesn’t suit your body. This workout is designed as a circuit, where you move from one exercise to the next with minimal rest between exercises.

The first goal for this workout is to complete 30 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest between exercises. Rest for a full 2-3 minutes at the end of the circuit. The next goal is to go through the circuit a second time and complete 40 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest between exercises. Once again, rest for 2-3 minutes before moving through the circuit again. For the third and final goal of the workout, go through another round of the exercises, doing each exercise for as long as possible.

Ohh I like this. always looking for all-inclusive workouts I can do at home! Thanks for the video links – I wouldn’t have known what dive-bomber pushups were!

Yep, this pretty much covers it all ! I love it! If I want to really push myself and work every part of my body, I have go have burpees in the workout.

I love the idea of going longer for each round and ending with a round that is maxed!!!

It’s a challenge. And if you’re able to go for the longest during the final round, well then you’re a super hero!
