For awhile now, I come to you on Monday with a fresh, new workout to share or some other fitness insight or motivation. Over time, I have shared quite a few of these workouts. You can find them all (or at least hopefully all if I have been doing a good job remembering to update) on the Strength and Cardio pages of this blog. Even though you can find them all there, I wanted to personally pull out a few of my favorites to highlight in one spot. Lucky you. Today’s Move It Monday has not one, but TEN great workouts for you to pin and save in order to kick your butt sometime soon. I broke it down into five different categories with two workouts per category. That way you can mix and match to plan your schedule for this week, or even month, or find a top notch option for whatever suits your fancy. Enjoy!
