It’s November. The busy holiday season is just around the corner. Or maybe already here for some of us. I’ll be busy. You’ll be busy. I’ll be tempted to skip a workout because time slips away. I have a feeling you’ll feel the same more days than usual as well. I’ll be enjoying a few more treats and indulgences than normal. I hope you’ll be doing the same (guilt free, of course!) as you celebrate with loved ones.

Tina, will the holiday workouts also come as documents and not just videos? I like to print them out to take to the gym.

Yes, definitely! It’s going to be a PDF format file that will have the workout tables with details of the workouts. The videos are a bonus for extra guidance and explanation of the workouts.

Yay! Will the FB group be open for the duration? I would like to sign up next week to start planning, but probably wouldn’t start using the program for another week or two.
