Well, hello my friends! I hope all of you who celebrated had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I certainly did. After a rough few weeks, I needed that time with my family. We relaxed. We laughed. We ate.
We definitely ate. I don’t know about you, but I’m not one of those to try to have a healthy holiday dinner. I do my best to keep a healthy approach to my eating habits most days out of the year, so the rare special occasion or holiday? I will indulge more than usual no problem. And while the celebratory meals are certainly delicious, they are also not the best for fueling the body. I tend to feel a little sluggish and heavy, particularly after Thanksgiving.
Since I imagine a few of you can relate, I decided to put together this yoga sequence to get a little energy moving again. Including standing poses, twists, and core work, it’s a great practice to wake up the body from the inside out. Enjoy!

I love a good yoga sequence to reconnect and re-engerize after a long weekend of eating and drinking. I will be doing your video after work!!
Good plan @ Mattie!!
I really enjoyed the sequence. Thanks! Look forward to trying more of your videos!
Energize and Detox are definately things I need over the holidays
Getting motivation and energy for regular trainings is one of the most important things in sports. When I started going to the gym I was experiencing lack of endurance, but then I’ve tried one awesome nutritional supplement which helped me to train more effectively. It was Super Army Formula.
I’ve gained impressive results within just a month, and now I feel fit like never before!
