I have alluded to it a few times. I gauged interest. I talked to some of my favorite brands. I have scribbled workout ideas on scraps of paper my fancy legal pads. I have planned and sorted, sorted and planned. And now, my friends, we’re going to bootcamp! Introducing (the first, the only??) BEST BODY BOOTCAMP!
I believe a body treated well and challenged to achieve new heights is our own, personal "best body". Stronger or leaner may be a side effect, but the focus is on healthier and happier through living a fit lifestyle. That’s what this bootcamp is all about.
WHO: Anyone! This challenge will be open to bloggers and readers, family and friends. Anyone who registers before the cut-off date (March 4th – day before challenge begins).
WHAT: Best Body Bootcamp Challenge
WHEN: 8 Weeks through March and April – beginning Monday March 5th and ending Monday April 30
WHERE: Online! Through www.tinareale.com .
WHY: A fun and flexible way to train to get ready for those warmer months that are fast approaching. A great way to stay motivated through the support of other participants. To learn and experience new workout techniques and exercises. To enter to win great prizes!!!!
In order to participate in the Best Body Bootcamp Challenge, you will need to register. The cost for registration is $25.00 paid through PayPal (at the bottom of this post or in the sidebar). The $25.00 covers the cost of the 8 week Bootcamp Workout Plan plus the “cash prize pot” (details below).
The workout plan will include challenging workouts that will keep your body guessing over the course of the 8 weeks. The plan will include both strength workouts and suggested cardio – you can feel free to do your own cardio thing, if desired, with this challenge.
Disclaimer: The Bootcamp Workout Plan will not be a completely individualized program. It is different from my workout goal programs and will not provide the same individualization and full 24/7 support, accountability, and personal attention as my goal programs. I will happily provide alternate moves upon request to fit your available equipment or physical needs, but it will still follow the basic layout of the 8 week program. If desiring more individualized training, accountability and support, you may sign up for a goal program and opt in to the bootcamp prizes (as long as your plan is active during the bootcamp). This will NOT be a challenge of who loses the most weight or who is “strongest, leanest, or most fit”. This will be a personal challenge to take better care of yourself and live healthier and happier. For that reason, each participant will have the option to pick up to two other goals to work towards in addition to the workouts.
- drink ___ glasses of water per day
- eat ___ servings of produce per day
- eat out only ___ times per week
- write ___ positive thoughts per day
- get ____ hours of sleep per night
- stretch ____ minutes per day
During the 8 weeks of the challenge, you will update your progress weekly with your completed activity for the week and your progress towards two other goals of your choosing. Based on your updated progress in each area, you will earn entries for weekly prize drawings.
Each week will feature a prize from one of many great companies that I have grown to love!
Best Body Bootcamp Prize Sponsors
The final week will feature a prize giveaway you won’t want to miss – including cash! $10 of each registration fee will be set aside to go towards the cash prize pot for the end of the challenge. Participants who stay on track through the entire course of the challenge will be entered to win a pack of great prizes from sponsors, plus however much cash the pot accumulates.
The more people participate, the higher the grand cash prize at the end of the challenge. Get the word out there! 10 people sign up…that’s $100! 50 people sign up…that’s $500!! 100…that’s $1000!!!!
