Welcome! My name is Tina Reale – a wife, mother, yogini, sweets lover, recovered binge eater, woman of faith, and fitness aficionado.
Years ago, I fell in love with fitness. I grew up participating in competitive cheerleading, yet fell out of regular activity the first couple of years in college. My junior year, I begrudgingly signed up for an aerobics and weights class for a required graduation credit. Over the course of those three months, fitness became a part of me. As they say, the rest is history.
I dove headfirst into this newfound passion – reading a variety of texts and gaining as much knowledge as I could on nutrition, diet, exercises, workout programs, etc. I created numerous workout plans for myself and friends. Time at the gym became one of my greatest pleasures. Working towards fitness goals drove me forward and gave me such fulfillment.
Fitness helped me through some very dark periods in my life, such as when I struggled with binge eating disorder. My workouts empowered me.
A year after my first pregnancy, I trained myself for a fitness competition. After that competition, I had my son, then rededicated myself to getting back in pre-pregnancy shape. Within six months, I reached my goal weight and had picked up running. I trained for races – completing a 5K, then 10K, then half marathon, and finally a full marathon.
While my fitness background included a lot of cardio and strength training, I always felt like something was missing. Enter my true passion, as it encompasses all the aspects of wellness in which I firmly believe. Yoga has brought me much health and wellness in a physical sense, but also mental and emotional well-being. I recently achieved 200 hour accreditation with the Yoga Teacher Alliance through Red Hot Yoga Studios in Atlanta, GA. I now teach a few classes per week at their Alpharetta location and could not be more fulfilled.
Through my entire fitness journey, I have found a desire to share the importance of taking care of our bodies and minds with others. Which leads me to now. My chance to do just that. To give back some of the life this journey has given me. To go alongside you as we work in union to become whole. From the inside out.
