In these programs, you will receive an individualized workout plan made just for your goals, fitness level, workout style, and schedule. Tina will work with you to create a plan you can stick with to help ensure consistency, and success, in your efforts.

Within 12 hours of payment receipt, you will receive documents to e-sign and fill out to help me set up your program. After completing those documents, you will then receive your complete program and support materials in 3-4 business days (so I have time to make things 100% personalized for YOU).
