Looking for a complete support system and training plan? Then, sign up now for a Best Body Fitness Workout Goal Program. In these programs, you will receive an individualized workout plan made just for your goals, fitness level, workout style, and schedule. Tina will work with you to create a plan you can stick with to help ensure consistency, and success, in your efforts.

These plans include all of the following:

  • personalized workout plan for the month – includes cardio and weight training
  • unlimited 24/7 support through email to answer any questions or encouragement needs
  • weekly check-ins
  • printable workout logs

4 Weeks = $50 / 8 Weeks = $90 / 12 Weeks = $125.00

Workout Goal Program

Within 12 hours of payment receipt, you will receive documents to e-sign and fill out to help me set up your program. After completing those documents, you will then receive your complete program and support materials in 3-4 business days (so I have time to make things 100% personalized for YOU).
