Testimonials

Check out what some of my FABULOUS clients have to say about Best Body Fitness’ services and goal programs! I hope I get the chance to work with you, too!

Since I contacted her, Tina has become one of my guides as I journey toward better health. I sought her expertise because I wanted to find a better balance between training and other aspects of my life, and to train more effectively toward my goals. I have been a runner for twenty years, and am highly motivated, but tend to overdo training and underdo rest. Over the last few years I have noticed a decrease in my range of motion and agility, but I’ve lacked the direction I needed to change on my own. Tina has helped me revamp my training in a way so that I am more engaged, and am happier in body and mind. I can already see a difference in how quickly my body responds when I’m out trail running, and am loving that I am challenged on a weekly basis to learn new ways of moving. Tina is a truly gifted personal trainer. I’m thankful to have found her! - Britta

I love the workouts!  Tina does a great job of mixing things up so you don’t get bored.  I have really started to notice a difference in the tone and strength of my body!  It is so helpful to have someone hold you accountable for your workouts.  I would definitely recommend the program to anyone!! – Andrea

I just recently started a training plan with Tina, and so far I am absolutely loving her workouts!  As a certified fitness instructor, my goals have been more centered on broadening my horizons and challenging my current fitness levels rather than focusing on weight loss.  I’m so happy to be learning some new things, and my body can definitely feel the difference.  Thanks, Tina!  – Athena @ Fitness & Feta

Tina has been wonderful to work with! Her personalized workout plans are specifically designed for YOUR needs and she is great at adapting to any changes you wish to make! Her positive outlook and motivational quotes help me to get to the gym and focus on my goals. I highly recommend her! – Amber

The Best Body Fitness services are everything Tina says they are. I was able to tell Tina my goals and issues–like an old injury–and she customized a plan that incorporates challenging, fun moves that change a bit each week so I don’t get bored. I love how responsive Tina is to any questions–whether it’s how to perform a move or how to stay motivated. My other favorite part is the value! The cost was less than my monthly gym membership. – Molly

Tina is a treasure trove of fitness information. I consider her a friend, a coach, and an inspiration. Her fitness plan for me was precisely what I needed to get out of my current workout rut. She tailored the workouts precisely to my fitness level and situation, and helped me take my training one step further. – Jennifer

Just starting on my third month with Tina and I am loving every workout.  I love having “assignments” but also the flexibility to complete them on my time.  Tina is very responsive to questions and is so encouraging.  I love that my workouts are designed for me and not some generic plan.  If I have problems with an exercise, Tina is great with suggesting modification or different exercises.  I would HIGHLY recommend anyone thinking of personal training to sign up with Tina. — Glenneth @ Let’s Talk and Walk

Tina was great to work with! The questionnaire that I filled out with my workout preferences was a great base for her to start with, but she went above and beyond my expectations, giving me tips on how to incorporate her strength-training plan with my training plans for a half-marathon that I had coming up. I loved that the plan Tina created for me gave me flexibility while still giving a definite plan for my workouts — a plan that has proven to be much more challenging than it initially looked on paper (that’s a good thing!). Thanks, Tina! — Kris @ Eclipsed: Escaping the Shadow of Obesity

Staying Heart Healthy

May 16, 2012

Now that summer quickly approaches, I have noticed the motivations behind eating nutritiously and working out moving more towards the vanity side of things. I will own up to the fact that, yes, I like to feel confident in how I look in a bathing suit or in a pair of shorts and a tank [...]

Pure Indulgence

May 15, 2012

I have never gone crazy over gifts for holidays like Christmas or anniversaries. For those celebrations, I prefer to just spend time with loved ones and forget about the gifts. The relationships matter to me most. However, that doesn’t mean I don’t love some gifts or special treatment on occasion. In fact, after becoming a [...]

It’s True What They Say

May 14, 2012

It’s true what they say. They will get you. They will get you good. I didn’t think the “Taper Crazies” would get me. I thought I wouldn’t turn into a loony bin thinking constantly about the upcoming race. Turns out…I’m not so immune. It makes sense. I spent about 5 months and countless miles preparing [...]

Spoiled

I’m going to end up spoiled. First, a fun weekend at the Blend Retreat filled with blog friends. Now, a night hanging out with two more of my best blog pals just a few days later. Lee and Jolene When I first started blogging over 2 years ago, both of these great women were around. [...]
