A balanced workout program includes cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility/mobility work. Over the past few years, yoga has become one of my favorite workouts. It has not only given me a more balanced fitness program, but has also given me a greater sense of self and greater enjoyment in my workouts. The following posts related to my personal yoga journey.
